OVERHEAD DOORS

Using actual overhead doors (sheet curtain, garage door, or rolling steel), this prop helps us demonstrate/practice the various cuts and sequencing of cuts to be made in order to force a roll-up/overhead door. Can also be used with reinforced metal sheeting.

DROP BAR DOORS

Consists of a commercial metal door with dozens and dozens of heavy-duty carriage bolts sunk into it, designed to simulate cutting drop bar bolts. Plunge cutting and shaving bolts can be both be practiced on the door. Panic bar plunge cuts can also be performed on the prop.

SECURITY DOORS

A security door mounted in a frame, this prop uses either actual deadbolt lock bodies or rebar to practice "gap cuts" on outward swinging doors.

REBAR TREES

Teaches proper body mechanics and simulates cutting window bars. Uses 1/2" rebar mounted at various angles and elevations.

PADLOCKS/CHAINS

A length of heavy-duty chain secured with real and/or simulated padlocks. Equivalent diameter quick-links are added into to the chain to be cut as well as sacrificial padlocks to be cut. Trains students on how to pull tension with various tools and how to cut chain/locks to force entry.

TTL PROP

Sacrificial boards mounted with multiple real locksets/latch assemblies. Students can get multiple reps on an easily resettable prop.
